Job Summary
To provide the bank with effective and timely recruitment, selection, testing and placement services of staff and junior officers by (1) ensuring a good fit between an employee's job as against his qualifications and, (2) ensuring placement for vacant slots or a replacement for vacated slots within a reasonable period of time
Job Description
- Plantilla monitoring
- Identifies officer vacancies, sources applicants and places staff/officer hires.
- Ensures the sufficiency of a pool of candidates that can be referred to requesting units to make sure that recruitment gaps are filled:
- Prepares background investigation of officers and non-officers by sending to Credit Administration Department and checking of credit dealings / NFIS thru BAP
- Submits regular hiring updates to management
- Announces new hires and vacancy reports
- Ensures the proper documentation outsourced services and renewal process, if any
- Liaisons with Unit Heads regarding recruitment requirements and provides feedback on recruitment's progress to concerned officers.
- Submits reports to BSP and DOLE if necessary
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year degree course
- 10 years bank experience
- Expertise in bank talent acquisition
