Position Overview
Senior Manager- Talent Acquisition will lead and manage the end-to-end hiring strategy for Operations across Manila and provincial locations. This role requires a strong background in healthcare recruitment within the BPO industry, with proven experience scaling high-volume roles, managing diverse hiring markets, and partnering closely with senior Operations leaders.
The role will oversee recruitment delivery, workforce planning, TA operations, and team performance to ensure timely, high-quality hiring aligned with business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership
- Develop and execute TA strategies for Operations hiring (frontline to leadership) across Manila and provincial sites.
- Lead demand planning, forecasting, and capacity alignment with Operations, Workforce Management, Finance, and HRBPs.
- Drive hiring strategies for healthcare accounts, ensuring pipelines meet client-specific credentialing and compliance requirements.
2. End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for high-volume healthcare roles, support functions, and leadership positions.
- Ensure efficient sourcing, screening, assessment, and selection processes tailored for healthcare programs.
- Monitor weekly hiring performance, manage fill rates, and drive process improvements.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnership
- Act as the primary TA partner for Operations leaders, Site Directors, and Client Services.
- Provide market insights, talent analytics, and hiring forecasts to support business decisions.
- Manage escalations, ensure alignment on hiring priorities, and influence strategic workforce planning.
4. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, manage, and mentor TA Managers, Supervisors, Recruiters, and Sourcing teams.
- Build capability in healthcare recruitment and ensure adherence to SLA, compliance, and client requirements.
- Drive team productivity, coaching, and performance metrics.
5. TA Operations, Analytics & Compliance
- Oversee TA reporting, dashboards, and metrics including TTF, TTH, pipeline health, and funnel efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE, data privacy, healthcare credentialing standards, and client audit requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships, recruitment marketing budgets, and job ad utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8 to 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare BPO recruitment.
- Proven experience managing multi-site hiring (Manila + provincial locations).
- Strong understanding of healthcare accounts: US medical payers/providers, RCM, clinical licensure, and credentialing.
- Demonstrated leadership of mid to large TA teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using TA systems, ATS, and recruitment analytics tools.
