Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead

Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping our workforce by strategically sourcing, attracting, and engaging diverse talent. You will work closely with business and HR leaders to provide market insights, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless, positive hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Beyond recruitment execution, you will drive continuous process improvements, foster stakeholder relationships, and lead regional initiatives to support organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor to business and HR leaders, offering guidance on hiring strategies and market intelligence to support informed decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to build talent pipelines for both evergreen and future roles.
- Establish networks and partnerships with government agencies, recruitment firms, and other external stakeholders to expand sourcing channels.
- Manage end-to-end candidate evaluations, including resume screening, phone interviews, and assessments, recommending top talent to hiring managers.
- Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accurate metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
- Lead and participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
- Act as project lead for Asia-Pacific (AP) initiatives and provide support for regional hiring needs as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of hands-on recruiting experience (APAC)
- Proven experience in hiring for software, IT, and other technology-related roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Oracle Recruiting Cloud or similar recruitment platforms is a plus.
- Background in hiring for sales, marketing, and business development roles is a plus.
- Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and organized, with strong follow-through.
