What a TA Generalist Looks Forward To Doing Well
- TA Generalist supports HC Specialist and Supervisor in various tasks related to talent acquisition.
- Responsible for job posting, sourcing candidates through various channels (e.g. job boards, social media, networking), screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the offer and onboarding process.
- Deliver and execute the employee transaction accurately and timely as a hands-on processor
What You Will Do
- Collect and review the documents and qualifications of job applicants for support roles to ensure compliance, completeness, and accuracy.
- Coordinate the job application process with applicants including background checks, completion of requirements, and providing status updates.
- Perform paper screening of job applicants resume and endorse qualified candidates for interview.
- Coordinates with concerned units regarding the processing of their talent acquisition requests.
- Conduct job interviews for entry positions.
- Evaluate candidates and provide recommendations for succeeding job interviews.
- Prepare job postings of vacant positions.
- Prepare and review simple proform communication.
- Coordinate the logistics of hiring activities for the unit.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive and accurate applicant database and records.
- Organize, record, and file job applicant documents.
- Compliance with e-Tap's safety, security, and information security protocols.
- Perform other job-related functions or duties that may be assigned from time to time.
