Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
  • Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning initiatives
  • Drive employee engagement programs and promote a positive workplace culture
  • Coach and advise managers on leadership, team effectiveness, and conflict resolution
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to support data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Lead and support change management initiatives across the organization
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits
  • Handle escalated employee concerns and conduct investigations when necessary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience in handling employee relations and organizational development
