Job Description

  • Sourcing & Recruitment / Talent Management
  • Create job postings and source candidates for job openings.
  • Responsible for recruiting, screening, conduct exams and interviewing candidates for employment.
  • Hires or refers qualified candidates for employment;
  • Verifies candidates background by contacting references
  • Performance Management
  • Drafts and impose company memo and notices
  • Ensures proper, timely processing and issuance of employee contracts and appraisal forms.
  • HR Compliance
  • Maintains complete confidentiality of all HR-related information.
  • Maintains employment files and records per company policy and legal regulations.
  • Processes exit management (clearance, exit interview).
  • Repository of personnel file.
  • Employee Engagement
  • Organize Events: Plan and coordinate employee engagement events, teambuilding activities, and wellness programs to promote a positive work environment.
  • Monitor Trends: Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in employee engagement to continually refine and improve programs.
