Job Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Shared Services Associate, you'll manage scheduling, offers, and pre-boarding. You will ensure data accuracy, collaborate with stakeholders for candidate experience, and support team goals.

Job Description

  • End-to-End Coordination: Manage the candidate lifecycle including interview scheduling, testing, background checks, and pre-boarding.
  • Offer & Document Management: Administer offer letters and new hire packets using digital tools like DocuSign to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Data Integrity & Archiving: Maintain accurate records in the TA/ERP systems, ensuring high data quality and proper document archiving.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with HR and TA teams to provide real-time updates and ensure alignment on hiring documentation.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Generate data reports and participate in audits, training, and the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and refine TA practices to enhance organizational efficiency and the candidate experience.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: At least 2 years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Shared Services, preferably within multicultural or matrix environments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Hiring/ERP systems (ATS), Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), and digital tools like DocuSign or Google Workspace.
  • Lifecycle Expertise: Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle, specifically in onboarding administration, document management, and background check processes.
  • Data & Analytical Skills: Proven ability to manage databases, ensure data quality, and translate statistical reporting into actionable insights.
  • Core Competencies: A systematic, result-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, high integrity for confidentiality, and the ability to work independently.

Work set up requirement:

  • Able to work hybrid
  • Able to work PST/EST, whichever is applicable
  • Able to work PH Holiday when necessary
