About the job Talent Acquisition Coordinator
This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the recruitment activities of the organization in order to provide talents embodying values. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator ensures timely provision of competent talents suitable to fulfilling their role requirements in support of their departmental objectives.
Required Skills / Experience / Attributes:- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities from vacancy sign-off to onboarding, ensuring alignment with agreed recruitment strategies and timelines.
- Develop creative sourcing approaches, including referrals, talent pipelines, social media, LinkedIn, agencies, and targeted advertising for hard-to-fill roles.
- Conduct CV/application reviews, telephone pre-screens, interviews, skills assessments, and other candidate evaluation methods.
- Coach hiring managers on interview techniques and provide guidance for fair and thorough candidate assessments.
- Ensure candidates receive timely feedback, clear communication, and a positive recruitment experience throughout the process.
- Prepare and manage job offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain updated and accurate recruitment records, spreadsheets, and applicant tracking system (ATS) statuses.
- Ensure compliance with all pre-employment requirements, including certificates, qualifications, medicals, references, and legal documentation.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external recruitment partners, and agencies to support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, dashboards, and metrics, supporting reporting, analysis, and continual improvement of recruitment processes.
Essential
- Human Resources Degree (3 4 years) or equivalent
- Specific specialty training in relevant disciplines within the HR field
- Proven experience in both high-volume blue collar, and strategic white-collar recruitment is essential
- Direct experience in the key areas of responsibility detailed above (candidates to describe).
- Highly PC literate MS Office applications and HRIS
- Proven project management skills (scheduling, resource management etc.)
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to lead and act as part of a team
Desirable
- Has background with ISO requirements
