Talent Acquisition Consultant US Manufacturing Operations (Manila-based, Night Shift)

The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for high-volume, full-cycle recruiting, including candidate pipeline development, sourcing, assessment, and ensuring a top-notch candidate experience. The role involves utilizing recruitment technology, overseeing the offer and pre-employment processes, and providing regular reporting to the business.

What You'll Do:
Reporting/Scorecards:
  • Own the weekly scorecard and reporting process to share recruitment status and keep business leaders informed.
  • Identify recruitment trends and proactively suggest improvements.
  • Develop a process for tracking candidates through the offer process.
Sourcing/Recruitment:
  • Gain thorough knowledge of Talent Acquisition policies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely updates of the applicant tracking system throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with managers on staffing needs for various roles.
  • Coordinate onsite interviews for open positions.
  • Execute sourcing strategies for manufacturing operations roles to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Build a robust talent pipeline by engaging prospects and developing professional relationships.
  • Initiate conversations with candidates to present career opportunities and promote the organization's value proposition.
  • Stay updated on new sourcing tools and strategies, tracking their effectiveness.
  • Lead recruitment projects focused on attracting diverse candidates.
Pre-Employment Process:
  • Oversee the pre-employment process to ensure timely processing of hires.
  • Conduct interviews, extend offers, and onboard candidates.
  • Partner with legal teams on complex pre-employment decisions.
You'll Bring:
  • Extensive experience in recruitment, with FMCG experience preferred.
  • Experience in talent sourcing and managing recruitment across different locations in the Americas region.
  • Innovative approaches to resourcing platforms, tools, and techniques.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders across different entities.
