About the Role
Responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offering and onboarding candidates. Place employment advertisement, track job requisitions, prepare initial screening and perform selection interviews
. Prepare job offers and arrange for onboarding
. Maintain accurate records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process
. Engage with employment agencies as needed
