Job Description

Aickman and Greene is an executive search firm that helps fill positions from rank-and-file to executive levels, covering both white-collar and blue-collar roles. Since November 2012, we have been providing top talent to organizations across the Philippines.

We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support our Executive Search requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Psychology, or any related course.
  • At least two (2) years of experience as a Headhunter or Recruiter handling niche or specialized roles.
  • Preferably with experience working in an Executive Search firm or RPO company.
  • Strong background with end-to-end recruitment process:
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes.
  • Solid experience in talent mapping.
  • Good knowledge of candidate selection methods.
  • Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies.
  • Has established industry network of specialized, mid to senior management and C level functions.
  • Ability to handle diverse type of recruitment
  • Has proven track record of successful hires.
  • Capable of meeting monthly and annual targets.
  • Strong-willed, results-driven, and has a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati.

Main Responsibilities/ Tasks

Responsible in guiding its clients on best and most suitable Recruitment and Talent Acquisition methods.

Managing the entire process of finding, attracting and hiring talent for their clients.

  • Understands/Comprehends thoroughly client's search mandate in all its perspectives which include client's nature of business, organizational structure, corporate culture, job description, qualifications profile and other information relevant to the search.
  • Closely interacts/discusses with clients on search progress. In this connection, he/she exercises independent judgment or decision relative to client's needs and/or queries
  • Handles and leads multiple end to end search assignments:
  • Develop and implement strategies based on clients needs
  • Research into competitors and marketplace
  • Define job description and document specifications
  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  • Create a candidate persona (assessment) for each open position
  • Conducts thorough interviews with potential candidates and exercises independent judgment
  • in making a comprehensive assessment/evaluation reports on the endorsed candidates
  • Present shortlisted candidates
  • Present detailed candidate profile summaries
  • Follow-up references and check credits
  • Represent the client, handle the offer negotiation on their behalf
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Research and develop recruiting leads
  • Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
  • Hit the numerical target assigned to the role.
