Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Parañaque, responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment efforts for the Vikings Group of Companies. This role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, and facilitating a smooth hiring process in collaboration with hiring managers. The Talent Acquisition Associate will post job advertisements, manage candidate pipelines, and maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. The role also includes participating in job caravans and recruitment events, assisting with onboarding processes, and ensuring a positive, inclusive candidate experience aligned with company values and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in recruitment or human resources are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and volume hiring is an advantage.
• Exposure to the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Retail, or Service Industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with various recruitment platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Willing to work on-site in Aseana City, Parañaque.
• Amenable to start as soon as possible.
