Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Associate located in ASEANA, Paraaque. The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The role also involves maintaining candidate databases, preparing recruitment reports, ensuring a smooth candidate experience, and assisting in employer branding initiatives. The Talent Acquisition Associate will play a key role in attracting and selecting qualified talents to support the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications
• Willing to be assigned in ASEANA, Paraaque
• Must be amenable to start ASAP

• Compressed work week schedule. Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm & Friday 7:00am-6:00pm
