Talent Acquisition Associate

*Relocating to Vertis North, Quezon City, in the 1st quarter of 2026.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Talent Acquisition Associate under sourcing will play a key role in the recruitment process by proactively identifying and engaging top talent through various sourcing channels. He/She will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, coordinating with internal teams, and establishing partnerships with universities, government agencies, and employment organizations. The ideal candidate is resourceful, strategic, and passionate about connecting the right people to the right opportunities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Source qualified candidates through online platforms, databases, referrals, and job boards.

Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Establish and nurture partnerships with universities, government agencies, and community organizations for talent acquisition initiatives.

Organize and participate in job caravans, campus recruitment events, and career fairs.

Coordinate closely with the recruitment team to understand job requirements and sourcing priorities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sourcing records and reports.

Stay updated on industry trends and sourcing best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Open for fresh graduates

With end-to-end sourcing or lead generation experience in sourcing talents for the service industry (hospitality/housekeeping, pest control, etc) is an advantage

With experience in building partnerships with schools, agencies, or similar institutions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to work independently

Willingness to travel for job fairs and external recruitment activities

Familiarity with sourcing tools, Boolean search, and applicant tracking systems
