Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with manpower agencies and job portals.
- Conduct initial interviews, endorse qualified candidates, and coordinate psychological exams and background checks.
- Strengthen talent sourcing through job fairs, PESO/LGU coordination, employer branding, and recruitment partnerships.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define manpower needs and ensure quality hires.
- Handle placement and onboarding processes, including pre-employment requirements, medical scheduling, job offers, contracts, and HRIS/payroll endorsement.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding, employee orientation support, ID issuance, biometrics enrollment, and completion of required employment documents.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records for compliance and audits.
- Support HR programs, company activities, and other HR-related tasks as assigned.
For Talent & Acquisition Specialist
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
- 23 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and interviewing skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills across job boards and social media.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
For Talent & Acquisition Associate
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- With or without work experience.
- Familiar with recruitment and placement processes.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong clerical skills.
