The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for identifying qualified candidates
for various positions within the organization and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires. This role involves sourcing candidates through multiple channels, pre-screening them, and endorsing qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Officers. The associate will follow key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to ensure the quality and fitness of endorsements, adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) during the onboarding process, and ensure all pre-employment requirements are met. The role also includes maintaining accurate reports and monitoring the onboarding process to provide a smooth and engaging experience for new employees.
Sourcing
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize various channels and platforms for candidate identification.
- Qualify candidates based on the job description provided.
- Evaluate candidate profiles and assess their suitability for open positions.
- Exhaust all job boards and ensure proper uploading in the firm's current Applicant
- Tracking System.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for the firm's current and future workforce needs.
- Pre-screen candidates before sending them to the Talent Acquisition (TA) Officer in
- charge.
- Submit qualified candidate profiles to the TA Officer in charge.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to frame and implement effective sourcing
- strategies.
- Ensure proper tagging of applicants in the firm's current Applicant Tracking System.
- Provide necessary application updates to applicants who did not meet the needed
- qualifications.
Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports.
- Ensure precise reporting of all sourcing and onboarding activities.
- Follow KPIs and metrics related to batting endorsements and quality scores (fit).
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) during the onboarding process.
- Internal
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Human Resource
- Management, or any related field.
- Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel (including CountIF, Pivot, VLookUp).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
