Job Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and human resources information system (HRIS).
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Support the talent acquisition team in developing recruiting strategies and job postings.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience Level: 13 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HRIS and ATS, strong attention to detail
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
