What You'll Do
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the business
- Develop sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines
- Conduct initial interviews and partner with hiring managers for selection
Employer Branding
- Create and post engaging content for social media platforms
- Strengthen SHG's employer presence on LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
- Promote company culture, events, and employee engagement initiatives
Candidate Experience & Onboarding
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate journey from screening to hiring
- Coordinate onboarding and support induction activities to help new hires transition well
Strategy & Data Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders on manpower needs and hiring plans
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, sourcing channels, conversion rates)
- Prepare reports and insights to improve hiring efficiency
Events & Partnerships
- Represent SHG in career fairs, networking events, and employer branding activities
- Support community initiatives and partnerships to boost talent attraction
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 35 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (with employer branding exposure is a plus!)
- Proficient in ATS tools, HRIS, and MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsCreative, proactive, organized, and can work well in a fast-paced environment
