This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition and Development Assistant Manager, located in Calabarzon, Philippines. The role involves managing talent acquisition and recruitment processes, supporting employee training and development programs, coordinating talent onboarding and orientation, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with various departments to develop employee learning strategies while also streamlining recruitment efforts to attract top talent and promote a positive employer brand.

• Experience with Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Employee Onboarding processes
• Proficiency in Training, Employee Development, and Performance Management
• Skills in Building and Implementing HR Strategies
• Strong Interpersonal, Communication, and Collaboration Skills
• Proficient in HR Software and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and report on team development programs
• Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or related industry is an advantage
