Job Description

About the job

The main objective of the role is to
ensure successful implementation of leads generation activities for various
sourcing channels. The role also aims to optimize sourcing processes to ensure
consistent high-quality of leads endorsement from Sourcing Team.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensures
    accurate and updated job postings for all assigned roles
  • Conducts
    paper screening on all leads received and ensures all candidates endorsed
    for processing pass minimum qualifications as required
  • Ensures that
    all leads are screened and processed timely
  • Performs
    other tasks as assigned.

 

What
You Need To Have:

  • At least 1
    year of experience in implementing employee referral programs and
    1- 2 years of experience in sourcing and/or volume
    recruitment
  • At
    least 6 months of experience in academic/external partnerships for
    recruitment and sourcing purposes
  • Basic
    knowledge in branding/talent marketing activities
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft
    applications
  • Excellent
    communication skills both in written and verbal form with basic
    presentation skills
  • Accountability and ownership and Innovative in dealing with bottlenecks and stop-gaps
