Job Description

As the Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager, you are our Chief Talent Scout and a people leader. Your mission is to build the high-performing teams that drive our company's success. You will balance high-level recruitment strategylike employer branding and pipeline buildingwith the daily management of a team of recruiters. You ensure our hiring process is fast, fair, and finds the absolute best fit for every seat.

Core Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of Recruiters and Sourcers. You'll set their performance targets, conduct regular 1-on-1s, and help them overcome hiring roadblocks.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop innovative ways to find top talent beyond standard job boards. This includes social media campaigns, networking events, and building talent pools for future needs.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Department Heads and Executives. You'll help them define what a perfect candidate looks like and keep them updated on market trends and hiring timelines.
  • Process Optimization: Constantly audit our hiring journey. You'll ensure that from the first hello to the final offer, the Candidate Experience is professional, welcoming, and efficient.
  • Employer Branding: Partner with Marketing to tell our company's story. You'll ensure our Careers page and social presence reflect our culture and attract the right people.
  • Data & Analytics: Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track metrics like Time-to-Hire and Cost-per-Hire. You'll use these numbers to prove what's working and where we need to pivot.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Lead initiatives to ensure our hiring process is unbiased and attracts a diverse range of perspectives and backgrounds.
