Job Summary
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of application systems to ensure that the systems developed are completed on time and meet user/audit specifications and requirements. Coordinates with other units in the preparation of preliminary designs and project proposals following IT standards. Responsible for the evaluation of software packages and the coordination with software developers to ensure that application systems contracted out for development meet IT standards and delivered as scheduled.
How will you contribute
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to translate complex business and regulatory needs into clear functional, technical and non-technical documentation (BRD/FSD).
- Analyze current system architectures (specifically API integrations, Online and Batch apps) and propose technical solutions using Oracle SQL and Java-based logic.
- Coordinate and execute systems testing, including UAT, validation of API endpoints and debugging of issues.
- Act as the primary liaison between non-technical business units and technical development teams, ensuring regulatory requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

What will make you successful
- Experience: 35 years of experience in Systems Analysis, IT or a related technical role.
- Technical Stack:
- Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL (complex queries, data validation).
- Working knowledge of Java and JavaScript (ability to read code, debug and understand logic is essential).
- Solid experience with API technology (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
- Proficiency with SQL, ETL processes, data modeling to manage and validate data for compliance
- Proven experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) particularly using Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Finacle CRM or Finacle Scripting is a plus.
- Familiarity in Regulatory framework is a plus
