Job Description
- Qualifications Bachelor'S degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least two years Of relevant experience in endpoint administration, Windows Support, systems administration, or patch management.
- Working knowledge of Windows client operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group policy, networking, and endpoint security. Experience with an enterprise endpoint or patch management platform. Knowledge of patch testing, deployment, rollback procedures, vulnerability remediation, and compliance reporting.
- Experience With Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager, WSUS, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, BigFix, or a similar platform is an advantage.
- Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell is preferred. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Willing to provide support during scheduled maintenance activities, including after-office hours or weekends when required
