The Qualifications We Seek

• 3-5 years of professional experiencein systems administration, IT operations, or a related technical role.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 and proficiency in Okta
• Excellent analytical thinking, technical troubleshooting, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Practical understanding of AI-assisted technologies

Your Daily Tasks

• Manage Microsoft 365 and Okta environments, ensuring security, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Strengthen identity management, system performance, and business continuity.
• Maintain compliance, security standards, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Resolve technical challenges while supporting cost efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Promote effective documentation, accountability, and international team collaboration.
• Apply AI-assisted technologies responsibly to enhance IT operations and knowledge sharing.
