We're looking for System Administrators to maintain services hosted on the C4ISTAR Network. The Server and Application Engineers shall assist the IT Manager in the development of Technical Bulletins and assist in the creation and distribution of Knowledge Based Articles.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Domain Services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and Certificate Management
- Oversee Microsoft System Center (SCCM & SCOM)
- Administer Email Services including Microsoft Exchange and Outlook
- Maintain SharePoint and ensure optimal collaboration services
- Manage Data Storage systems including SAN and NAS
- Administer Enterprise Services (e.g., NTP servers, load balancers)
- Implement and maintain Cyber Security Tools (CyberArk, Rapid7, Alien Vault)
- Provide support for End User Devices (Dell PCs/laptops, Polycom VOIP & video systems)
- Troubleshoot server hardware; perform racking and stacking when required
- Manage SQL Server environments using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
About you
- Fluent in English and Tagalog
- Solid experience in server and application engineering within secure or enterprise-grade environments
- Proficient in Windows Server environments and Microsoft technologies
- Hands-on with troubleshooting complex hardware/software/network issues
- Able to work in fast-paced, high-security, and mission-driven environments
You should have at least three years of experience in this role and recognised certifications including but not limited to:
- Certificate: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
- Certificate: Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA)
- Exam 70-333: Deploying Enterprise Voice with Skype for Business 2015 o Exam 70-339: Managing Microsoft SharePoint Server 2016
- Exam 70-345: Designing and Deploying Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 o Exam 70-465: Designing Database Solutions for Microsoft SQL Server
- CompTIA Security+
- Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Security Essentials (GSEC)
- International Information System Security Certification Consortium Certified Information Systems Security
- Professional (CISSP).
The above systems are located at multiple sites throughout the country. The Server and Application Engineers will need to travel to these sites outside the Metro Manila region as required, approximately 10% of their time.
