Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Cloud & Data Systems Administrator.
What are the Job Responsibilities:
Cloud Infrastructure Management and Services
- Provision & de-provision of user access in Azure ***
- Manage RBAC for subscription, resource groups and services (Azure Databricks, Resource groups, PBI) ***
- Onboard and off-board users or groups in Azure Databricks, not limited to accounts management, notebook, warehouse, clusters and workspaces. ***
- Manage users access for PBI in workspace, reports and dashboards. ***
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure-based cloud environments, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity services.
- Optimize cloud performance and cost through monitoring, automation, and right-sizing initiatives.
- Maintain cloud security best practices, including access controls, encryption, and monitoring
Server and Virtualization Management
- Oversee the administration and lifecycle management of on-premises and virtualized servers (Windows/Linux).
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related core infrastructure services.
- Ensure timely patching, backup, and recovery of all server environments.
- Develop and implement server performance monitoring and capacity planning tools.
Security and Compliance
- Implement and enforce infrastructure standards and policies aligned with IT governance and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Manage security patches, updates, and vulnerability assessments
- Partner with the IT Security team and Risk Manager to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain robust documentation for infrastructure configurations, procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
Documentation and Data Report Requirements
- Extraction of Data from Azure Cloud to SharePoint (Flash specific task). ***
- Manual tun/trigger of the related jobs to either extract or processes the data. ***
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Generate regular reports on system performance, incidents, and improvements.
- Address complex technical issues, provide guidance to the team, and offer support for critical incidents related to clouds and servers.
What are the Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, server administration, or a related field, with progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Azure certifications preferred (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert Good communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Hands-on experience in hybrid cloud architecture, server virtualization, and identity management.
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Azure IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid configurations. ***
- Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy. ***
- Virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware)
- PowerShell scripting and automation
- Backup and disaster recovery solutions (Azure Backup, Site Recovery) Monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, etc.
