About The Role
As a System Officer, you will be responsible in collaborating with the Systems Management Unit Head to maintain the efficiency of all systems utilized by Collections. Their responsibilities include offering systems support upon request and aiding in the oversight of ongoing and upcoming systems implementations and projects.
How you'll contribute
Systems Monitoring & Support
- Monitor daily system health and ensure smooth production runs
- Manage input/output files and execute automated tasks
- Submit and track service requests for system issues
- Maintain access controls, documentation, and security matrices
- Coordinate with ITG and vendors for fixes, testing, and enhancements
User Support & Coordination
- Process system access requests and support users
- Keep user guides and system documentation up to date
- Communicate system issues and updates to stakeholders
- Manage vendor contracts and license renewals
Projects & Enhancements
- Gather and translate business requirements into user stories
- Prepare documentation and facilitate approvals
- Collaborate with developers and analysts across the project lifecycle
- Participate in configuration (EFS, SQL, VBA, Visual Studio, SSIS, etc.)
- Recommend process improvements and lead show-and-tell sessions
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Develop test plans, scripts, and coordinate UAT execution
- Track issues, document results, and ensure smooth rollout
What we're looking for
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Minimum of 4 years experience in collections and system enhancement
- Strong in: Analysis, Problem Solving, and Programming (SQL, VBA, Visual Studio, SSIS)
