Retail System Support Officer (Systems Analyst)

About the Role

As a Retail System Support Officer (Systems Analyst), you will be responsible for providing basic to moderate technical support for the Retail Credit Operations Division, including ProcessMaker, the Loan Origination System, and other new systems to address the needs of RCOD. Support includes issue resolution, assistance on change management, participation in scrum activities, and performing UAT.

How you'll contribute

• Overseeing day-to-day ProcessMaker and Loan Origination System operation support of loans and cards process
• Resolving issues affecting loans, and cards ProcessMaker and Loan Origination System system process
• Identify process gaps and potential solutions from the RSS Ticketing Buddy trends and critical incidents and lead implementation of those solutions
• Manage the implementation of business process changes as well as system changes and monitor their impact on business metrics

What we're looking for

• With at least 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
• With knowledge of lending and/or banking business and processes.
• With familiarity and exposure to the credit approval process and loan origination system.
• With knowledge of different programming languages and ETL tools such as SQL, PHP, HTML, and JS.
• Has expertise in different delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile method).
• Has a background in Process Optimization or in optimizing processes that generate positive value to the team/business.
• With experience on managing a project and delivering the expected business value
