System Engineer

HIRING: Systems Engineer (Remote)

We're looking for a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team and help design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable IT systems in a fully remote environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and is passionate about delivering modern workplace solutions using the Microsoft technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments
• Administer and optimize Microsoft-based systems and services
• Manage endpoint environments and device lifecycle using modern management tools
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, endpoint, and identity issues
• Automate processes to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Cloud, and Support
• Maintain system documentation, configurations, and best practices

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Technology Stack
• Hands-on expertise in: Active Directory (AD), SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), Microsoft Intune, OneDrive (administration and support)
• Experience managing endpoint devices and user environments
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Windows OS environments
• Understanding of identity and access management
• Experience working in a remote or distributed IT environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure / Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Familiarity with automation/scripting (PowerShell preferred)
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks
• Experience with modern workplace / device management transformation projects
