About this Position As a System Engineer (ServiceNow), you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform. This position is critical to delivering seamless IT services and driving process efficiency across the organization. Reporting to the Team Manager, you'll work closely with stakeholders and IT counterparts to design, develop, and enhance applications that support business needs. You'll join a collaborative, agile team environment where innovation and problem-solving are encouraged. What Youll Do
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow custom applications and Hardware Asset Management projects
- Understand the need to standardize the process/development and incorporate such requirements into the design
- Understand the large-scale thinking and approach needed for project success and continuous improvements
- Assists in the troubleshooting of performance, integration, and user management issues by digging into application and system logs
- Work with the business to understand opportunity for process improvement
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Intelligence/ Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related courses
- With at least 3 years experience of managing ServiceNow custom applications or with at least 3 years of experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes
- With strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its modules, and functionalities; experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) is a plus
- Preferably with knowledge of other programming languages (HTML, CSS) and database management; Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript
- Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, organized and analytical, adept at working in a collaborative team environment and independently
- Amenable to report on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and hybrid set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati City
