WhatYou'llBe Doing
- Build andoperateMicrosoft Azure environments(VMs, networking, storage, App Services, Entra ID) that power global operations
- Shape and enforceAzure governance and cost management (FinOps)to keep cloud environments secure and efficient
- Own and evolveWindows Server infrastructure(AD, DNS, GPO, file services) in hybrid enterprise environments
- MaintainVMware virtualization platforms, backups, and disaster recovery capabilities
- Design and supporthybrid identity solutions(Azure AD Connect, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access)
- Applysecurity hardening standardsacross cloud and onprem workloads
- Partner withsecurity, SOC, and service delivery teamsduring incidents and vulnerability remediation
- SupportISO 27001 and NIS2 compliance, documentation, and asset governance
- Collaborate daily withregional IT teams, vendors, and Microsoftin a global setup
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 35 years of experience insystem engineering or infrastructure roles
- Strong handson experience withMicrosoft Azure(IaaS, PaaS, networking, security)
- Solid background inWindows Server administrationand enterprise infrastructure
- Experience managingMicrosoft 365 services(Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Defender)
- Familiarity withITSM processesand working in ticketdriven environments
- Exposure toinfrastructureascode(Bicep, Terraform)
- Understanding ofsecurity and compliance frameworks(ISO 27001, NIS2, CIS, GDPR)
- Comfortable working ininternational, multisite environments
- Experience withbackup solutions such as Veeam
- Fluent inEnglish;additionallanguages are a strong plus
