System Engineer

Location: Onsite-BGC | Schedule: 24/7 Shifts | Level: Tier 1/2 Support

At IT By Design, our System Engineers are more than just tech troubleshootersthey're the frontline heroes delivering exceptional support to our global clients. Whether it's resolving desktop, software, or network issues, you'll be the calm in the chaos, the solution in the storm.

You'll respond to tickets via phone, email, and chatalways with a focus on SLAs, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's Degree (required)
• 2+ years in IT Service Desk, Tech Support, or BPO
• Experience supporting international clients (US, EMEA, AUS)
• Strong English communication (written & verbal)
• Hands-on knowledge of:
• Windows 10/Desktop OS
• Microsoft 365/Office troubleshooting
• Active Directory & Network basics

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 1/2 tech support across multiple time zones
• Install, troubleshoot, and support Microsoft applications
• Escalate unresolved issues while ensuring SLAs are met
• Keep clear documentation of all support cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive fast resolutions
