The position is responsible for a wide range of engineering tasks related to Azbil's Building Management System (BMS). Key responsibilities include preparing detailed system engineering deliverables such as design, programming, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and installation. The role also involves creating and developing engineering data, control logic, sequences of operation, graphical interfaces, and integrating third party systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct testing and commissioning of Azbil products and control systems.
- Supervise and manage installation works.
- Oversee the preparation and review of instrumentation engineering.
- Lead the development of conceptual and detailed designs, including performing design control activities.
- Prepare I/O lists and system architecture.
- Develop DDC programs, engineering data, and graphics.
- Upload and download system files, including saving and restoring data files.
- Improve project scheduling and contribute to effective project planning.
- Perform additional tasks as required, including calibration, maintenance, diagnostics, repair and restoration, and system upgrades.
Requirements
- Graduate of any of the following engineering courses: Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation and Control.
- Knowledgeable in HVAC instrumentation and control systems.
- Able to interpret electro-mechanical drawings, schematic diagram, mechanical plans, and other similar technical drawings
- Proficient in AutoCAD and any graphics generating application.
