Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

Level 2 Engineer for M365 & Azure Support

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver a broad range of infrastructure and cloud technologies, both current and future.
  • Perform routine tasks and reporting to the Head of IT.
  • Document designs, operations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Handle day-to-day operations of cloud platforms.
  • Stay current with infrastructure trends and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with Level 1 service desks to resolve issues and provide technical support.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments, remediation planning, and incident response support through MS Defender and Sentinel.
  • Plan and perform audits, patching, and preventive maintenance.
  • Deploying and managing enterprise devices, policies and applications via Intune.
  • Identify gaps and provide documented recommendations for improvement.

  • Permanent full time
  • Philippines
  • Morning shift (following Sydney time)

What will make you successful in this role

Required Certificates:

  • MD-102: Endpoint Administrator Associate
  • MS-102: Administrator Expert
  • SC-300: Identity and Access Administrator Associate

Nice To Have Certificates:

  • AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate
  • SC-200: Security Operations Analyst Associate
  • Microsoft related certifications.
  • 5-7 or more years in Systems Engineering, with at least 3 years experience as a Senior Systems Engineer in supporting Microsoft cloud technologies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in M365 administration, Intune, Azure, MS Defender, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Sentinel.
  • Knowledge of backup, replication, and DR technologies (AvePoint preferred).
  • Ability to manage projects, prioritise issues, and escalate risks proactively.
  • Flexible to work outside business hours when required.
  • Comfortable from design through to deployment in a project-driven environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
