About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Systems Developer (Oracle CPQ) to design, build, and support enterprise CPQ solutions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, compliant solutions with minimal business disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and enhance Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) components and integrations
- Perform system analysis, documentation, testing, and validation
- Troubleshoot CPQ and integration issues and support production environments
- Plan and implement Oracle CPQ upgrades with minimal end-user impact
- Collaborate with business and operations teams on deployments, support, and training
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of systems development experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) experience
- Strong expertise in BML, BMQL, CPQ configuration, pricing, approvals, and commerce
- Experience with SOAP/REST APIs and third-party integrations (e.g., Salesforce)
- Proficiency in XSL, XML, JavaScript, JSON, CSS
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Oracle BigMachines certification (required)

- Salesforce certification
- Experience with Snowflake or OFM integrations
