Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate system encoding of outbound orders, picks, and shipments.
  • Validate order information, SKU details, and quantity accuracy before release.
  • Ensure timely processing of customer orders within defined cutoff times.
  • Monitor and manage system queues for picking, staging, and loading activities.
  • Generate required outbound documents such as pick lists, loading sheets, and shipping labels.
  • Troubleshoot basic WMS errors and coordinate with the system support team when needed.
  • Work closely with outbound supervisors, team leaders, and warehouse operators to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Communicate order status, delays, or system issues proactively.
  • Support load planning and dispatching through accurate system updates.
  • Prepare daily outbound reports such as order completion summaries, load status, and system performance logs.
  • Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed for audit compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, or related field (preferred)
  • 12 years experience in warehouse or systemrelated roles
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in fastpaced and deadlinedriven operations
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, or extended hours
  • Basic understanding of inventory flow and outbound processes
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team
