Responsibilities
- Perform accurate system encoding of outbound orders, picks, and shipments.
- Validate order information, SKU details, and quantity accuracy before release.
- Ensure timely processing of customer orders within defined cutoff times.
- Monitor and manage system queues for picking, staging, and loading activities.
- Generate required outbound documents such as pick lists, loading sheets, and shipping labels.
- Troubleshoot basic WMS errors and coordinate with the system support team when needed.
- Work closely with outbound supervisors, team leaders, and warehouse operators to ensure smooth workflow.
- Communicate order status, delays, or system issues proactively.
- Support load planning and dispatching through accurate system updates.
- Prepare daily outbound reports such as order completion summaries, load status, and system performance logs.
- Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed for audit compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, or related field (preferred)
- 12 years experience in warehouse or systemrelated roles
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in fastpaced and deadlinedriven operations
- Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, or extended hours
- Basic understanding of inventory flow and outbound processes
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team
