System Associate

Responsibilities

Monitor and validate inbound shipment data (ASN, PO, delivery receipts) in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Ensure timely creation and updating of inbound entries (receiving, putaway, discrepancy reports).

Coordinate with Operations, Inventory, and Transport teams for accurate receiving and item verification.

Support scanning activities and troubleshoot issues with RFID/handheld devices. Resolve system-related variances such as overages, shortages, and mismatches.

Requirements

Atleast Senior High School Graduate

Understanding of warehouse workflows (inbound, outbound, inventory control).

Ability to check, validate, and correct transaction errors in real time.

Knowledge of documentation: DR, SO, discrepancy reports, cycle count sheets, etc.
