Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst – eProc to support enterprise procurement and financial systems initiatives. The role requires a strong combination of business analysis, technical systems analysis, ERP functional knowledge, and stakeholder engagement.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to gather requirements, support solution design, coordinate testing activities, and contribute to successful implementation and support of enterprise applications.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Oracle ERP Financials, integrations, SQL, and Agile delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy, Planning & Stakeholder Management
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to define business priorities and roadmaps
- Gather and document business and system requirements
- Develop user stories, epics, and release plans
- Manage and prioritize product backlog items with stakeholders
- Present application change requests to technical teams for estimation and delivery planning
- Improve requirements gathering and analysis processes
Solution Design & Technical Analysis
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Support solution design and technical decision-making
- Provide expertise on financial systems and Procure-to-Pay processes
- Support integrations with Oracle ERP and cloud-based systems
- Work with APIs, interface specifications, data mapping, and reconciliation processes
- Perform hands-on technical tasks where required, including PL/SQL or Java updates
- Support Agile sprint and release delivery activities
Testing, UAT & Training
- Prepare test cases, scripts, and test data
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support defect triage and retesting activities
- Conduct workshops and learning sessions for stakeholders
- Assist in creating training materials and user documentation
Operations & Production Support
- Provide production support and issue troubleshooting
- Perform root cause analysis and communicate issue resolution updates
- Support business users and service desk teams
- Assist in cutover, deployment, and stabilization activities
- Track and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Business or Accounting degree accepted with strong ERP/technical delivery experience
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of Systems Analyst or Technical Business Analyst experience
- Experience supporting enterprise applications across the full SDLC
- Minimum 5 years of Financial Applications (ERP) experience
- Strong experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Experience conducting training sessions and workshops
Technical Skills
- Strong Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process knowledge
- Oracle ERP Financials experience (GL, SLA, Fixed Assets)
- ERP integrations and SaaS integration experience
- REST/SOAP APIs and interface management
- Strong SQL and Oracle database knowledge
- PL/SQL experience preferred
- Business Intelligence and reporting tools experience
- Coupa knowledge is an advantage
- Agile delivery and SDLC governance experience
- Strong documentation and process mapping skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio
