Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • ProvideL3 supportfor banking applications inCCOandPMRdomains.
  • Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with vendors, testers, and L1/L2 teams.
  • Manage testing scope, support fixes, and production implementation.
  • TroubleshootCtrl-M batch job failuresand monitor production issues.
  • Handle middleware patching, OS patching, and certificate renewals.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong inJava/J2EEandOracle DB; experience withMSSQL.
  • Solid knowledge of production support processes.
  • Ability to work across functional domains and technologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)experience.
  • Knowledge ofTBMS by SunTec, billing/pricing applications.
  • Familiarity withJBoss EAPandLinux (RHEL).
