Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide L3 support for banking applications in CCO and PMR domains.
Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with vendors, testers, and L1/L2 teams.
Manage testing scope, support fixes, and production implementation.
Troubleshoot Ctrl-M batch job failures and monitor production issues.
Handle middleware patching, OS patching, and certificate renewals.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong in Java/J2EE and Oracle DB; experience with MSSQL.
Solid knowledge of production support processes.
Ability to work across functional domains and technologies.

Preferred Skills:

CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) experience.
Knowledge of TBMS by SunTec, billing/pricing applications.
Familiarity with JBoss EAP and Linux (RHEL).
