System Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented System Administrator with proven experience in server administration and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Zenoti software, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform server configuration and administration tasks.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Wi-Fi, and authentication issues with expertise.
• Deploy and manage Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy.
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve system/application issues.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Ensure timely resolution of user issues in line with company SLA's.
• Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
• Review system logs to ensure compliance with company programs and requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a System Administrator.
• Extensive experience working with Zenoti software.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Hands-on experience with AD and Group Policy deployment.
• Knowledge of IT asset management and compliance documentation.
