Job Summary

As the ICT Digital System Administrator, you will be responsible for the application-related aspects of governing, operating, and maintaining ICT services while continuously driving service quality improvements. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will assist in standardizing Digital Systems methodologies and ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage digital planning software, data stores, licensing, and server environments.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain digital software, ensuring upgrades and updates are efficiently implemented.
  • Monitor and ensure availability, responsiveness, and performance of application services for users as per Service Level Agreements.
  • Execute and monitor policies related to application access, roles, and identities in alignment with Information Security Management.
  • Troubleshoot user issues for hosted systems and proactively resolve any performance or capacity challenges.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with internal clients, key stakeholders, and service providers.
  • Evaluate and monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in ICT or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong experience in managing, administering, and supporting Digital Systems.
  • Familiarity with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for designing and maintaining system configurations.
  • Proficiency in Windows Operating System and client applications, as well as browser functionality.
  • Solid understanding of contemporary IT technologies, including networks, security, authentication, end-user computing, virtualized environments, and cloud computing.

  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and issue resolution skills.
