Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Surveyor located in Cabuyao. The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting field surveys to measure and map construction project sites, preparing detailed data reports, analyzing survey data to establish boundaries and land features, and supporting construction planning and execution. The role also involves collaborating with engineers and other technical professionals to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of project designs and layouts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in land surveying techniques, topographic surveys, and boundary establishment
- Experience with survey equipment such as total stations, GPS devices, and computer-aided drafting (CAD) software
- Knowledge of construction project planning, design, and execution
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret blueprints, build plans, and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and standards in construction and land surveying
- Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant experience in surveying and construction projects is highly preferred
