Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • Professional License: Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer.
  • Work Experience: At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in Project Planning and Design.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Strong knowledge in project planning, design, and project management.
  • Location Requirement: Must be willing to work full-time on-site at Pasig City.

Job Summary:

The Electrical Engineer is responsible for supporting the planning, design, and execution of mechanical systems within construction and industrial projects. This role involves developing technical drawings and specifications, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that all mechanical works comply with project standards, timelines, and regulatory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Project Conceptualization and Planning

  • Develop conceptual designs for assigned projects focusing on electrical, electronics, and control systems.
  • Conduct technical studies and research to support project development and ensure alignment with operational requirements.

2. Stakeholder Coordination and Scope Development

  • Coordinate with project proponents, contractors, designers, and other engineering disciplines to clarify project scope, intent, and implementation requirements.
  • Assess existing facilities and provide technical recommendations to guide project direction and decision-making.

3. Project Costing and Proposal Preparation

  • Prepare detailed implementation plans and project cost estimates for discussion with proponents.
  • Draft Terms of Reference (TOR), project plans, and other bid-related documents to facilitate procurement processes.

4. Bidding and Procurement Support

  • Manage the bidding process for project packages, including conducting pre-bid meetings and responding to bidder inquiries.
  • Evaluate bids and proposals through thorough analysis and clarification with proponents and contracts personnel.
  • Prepare bid evaluation reports with clear recommendations.

5. Project Implementation and Monitoring

  • Coordinate with contractors and the implementation team to ensure alignment with approved plans and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, identify issues, and prepare regular project status reports.
