Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor live and recorded surveillance footage to ensure the integrity of gaming operations and compliance with company policies and gaming regulations
- Conduct continuous observation of casino floors, gaming tables, bingo operations, and online/streaming activities to detect irregularities, fraud, cheating, or suspicious behavior
- Operate and maintain surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, recording equipment, and monitoring software
- Review incidents and flagged activities, document findings accurately, and prepare detailed surveillance reports
- Coordinate with Casino Operations, Security, and Management regarding observed incidents and recommended actions
- Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting of surveillance equipment to ensure systems are fully operational
- Assist in investigations by retrieving, reviewing, and preserving video evidence when required
- Attend coordination meetings with the surveillance and technical teams and relay relevant updates to management
- Ensure strict confidentiality of surveillance information and adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or vocational training in IT, Electronics, Criminology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of experience in casino surveillance, bingo, or online gaming operations, preferably within the Philippine gaming market
- Proven experience operating CCTV, monitoring systems, and surveillance software in a casino or gaming environment
- Strong analytical and observational skills with high attention to detail
- Familiarity with technical aspects of gaming setups, including cameras, lighting, sound, and streaming systems
- Ability to identify irregular patterns, suspicious activities, and operational risks
- Fluent in both written and verbal English
- Good work attitude, strong sense of integrity, and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
- Capable of clearly explaining findings and incidents in reports and verbal briefings
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, if required
