Night-Shift Equivalent Support Technician (Spanish Speaker)

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Schedule:9:00 AM 9:00 PM (Philippines Time)

(Equivalent to 7:00 PM 7:00 AM El Salvador Time)

Language Requirement:Fluent Spanish

Role Overview

We are looking for a Support Technician who can work during the hours equivalent to the night shift in El Salvador. The ideal candidate has strong technical understanding, the ability to analyze logs, and the curiosity to investigate the root cause of issues within a software environment.

You will be responsible for monitoring our systems, reviewing logs, and supporting incident investigations. This position requires someone proactive, analytical, and comfortable navigating different technical layers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor applications, infrastructure, and alerts (Google Cloud).
  • Read and analyze database logs, console outputs, backend and frontend logs.
  • Investigate issues by understanding the technical context and identifying probable causes.
  • Follow escalation procedures based on the nature of the incident.
  • Document findings clearly and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Plus: Use Vibe Coding or similar tools to reproduce or test potential fixes.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Ability to read and interpret various types of logs.
  • Solid technical understanding of software systems.
  • Familiarity with:
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • SQL
  • Linux
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Web frontend fundamentals
  • Node.js backend
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Good communication skills in English.
Preferred / Nice to Have
  • Ability to read basic code structures (JS/TS).
  • Experience using Vibe Coding or similar sandbox/testing platforms.
  • Previous experience in technical support, NOC, or monitoring roles.
