About The Role
The Support Manager oversees the resolution of technical issues, ensuring efficient service delivery and optimal system performance of end-user hardware and software. The role involves developing and enforcing end-user cybersecurity policies, managing incident response protocols, and driving patch management strategies to minimize risks.
Additionally, the Support Manager manages the adoption and maintenance of cloud services to ensure scalability and high system availability. The position also focuses on conducting training sessions to enhance team expertise and stakeholder awareness while analyzing and optimizing IT workflows to implement process improvements and automation.
