About The Role

The Support Manager oversees the resolution of technical issues, ensuring efficient service delivery and optimal system performance of end-user hardware and software. The role involves developing and enforcing end-user cybersecurity policies, managing incident response protocols, and driving patch management strategies to minimize risks.

Additionally, the Support Manager manages the adoption and maintenance of cloud services to ensure scalability and high system availability. The position also focuses on conducting training sessions to enhance team expertise and stakeholder awareness while analyzing and optimizing IT workflows to implement process improvements and automation.

How You'll Contribute

  • Oversee resolution of technical issues, ensuring efficient service delivery and optimal system performance of end-user hardware and software.
  • Develop and enforce policies for end-user cybersecurity, incident management, and patching strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Manage the adoption and maintenance of cloud services to ensure scalability and system availability.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance team expertise and stakeholder awareness of IT best practices.
  • Analyze and improve IT workflows, focusing on process optimization and automation opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 6-10 years in IT Infra with experience managing a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner
  • Knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows, MacOS, and Linux
  • Knowledge of commonly used software applications, such as Microsoft Office, web browsers, and email clients
  • Knowledge of common technical support procedures and processes, such as troubleshooting and incident resolution

  • MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
  • MD-102 Endpoint Administrator Associate
  • CompTIA A+
  • CompTIA Network+
  • ITIL Certification
