Responsible for providing strategic leadership and technical direction across the project development, transition, and operational phases of the business. The role leads the assessment and delivery of technical requirements during project development, oversees the integration and operational readiness of newly acquired businesses, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset performance, reliability, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the position ensures effective asset management and the successful transition of projects into sustainable commercial operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related field.
  • At least 5 years work experience in planning, engineering and/or operations management field related to water and wastewater.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office especially in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint .
  • Able to interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills: Strong multitasking and time-management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Good Problem Solving Skills: Ability to think ahead, manage challenges, and offer solutions proactively.
  • Can handle information with high level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adjust to shifting priorities and handle last minute changes.
  • Attention to Details: Precision in completing tasks and following up.
