What You'll Do:
- NPD Process Leadership: Participate in New Product Development (NPD) meetings, providing feedback on supply chain activities, timelines, and milestone changes.
- Materials & Production Planning: Raise purchase requisitions purchase orders and manufacturing orders for raw and packaging materials, considering Minimum Order Quantity lead times, and launch schedules, and schedule deliveries to manufacturers or warehouses.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with PMO, Procurement, R&D, supply planners, Warehousing, Logistics, and QA to ensure smooth material flow, production scheduling, and expedited testing.
- Risk Management: Identify and communicate risks and opportunities related to cost, launch timing, FG and packaging capacity, long lead times, and high Minimum Order Quantity, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Additional Responsibilities: Support related tasks and projects as assigned, ensuring seamless operations across the NPD supply chain.
