What You'll Do:
- Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop monthly production plans based on demand forecasts, inventory, and open manufacturing orders, including scheduling daily production and issuing Purchase Order (PO's) and Manufacturing Order (MO's) to in-house and third-party manufacturers (TPMs).
- Inventory & Materials Management: Ensure availability of raw and packaging materials at all TPMs prior to production and resolve any MO issues related to material data.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with material planners, MESM/TPMs, R&D, warehousing/logistics, and marketing to coordinate production, validations, and supply updates.
- Supply & Financial Impact Communication: Provide updates on finished goods availability, transitions, and discontinuations, including potential financial implications like write-offs.
- Additional Responsibilities: Support related tasks and projects as assigned to ensure smooth production operations and alignment with business goals.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in supply planning or materials requirement planning in a supervisory capacity.
- A degree in engineering, management, or a business-related course is preferred.
- Possesses above-average written and verbal communication skills and critical thinking.
- The ideal candidate is adept at holistic problem-solving and works effectively with diverse teams. Should be a fast learner and able to adapt to changes
