Job Title: Supply Master (Head of Production)

Salary range: Php 30,000 to Php 40,000

Position Summary

The Supply Master is responsible for ensuring that sufficient products are produced and delivered in full compliance with the specifications established by the Product Trailblazer, enabling the Sales team to consistently have the right products available for distribution.

This role achieves its objectives by establishing, managing, and strictly enforcing production systems; closely supervising subcontractors; and ensuring that all outputs meet agreed quality standards, timelines, and demand requirements. The Supply Master plays a critical role in maintaining production reliability, operational efficiency, and product consistency across the supply chain.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Execution

· Plan, schedule, and oversee production activities to ensure sufficient products are produced in line with demand forecasts and sales requirements.

· Ensure all products are manufactured strictly according to specifications set by the Product Trailblazer.

2. Subcontractor & Supplier Supervision

· Supervise and manage subcontractors to ensure compliance with production standards, timelines, and quality requirements.

· Conduct regular inspections, audits, and performance evaluations of subcontractors.

· Enforce agreed production systems, pricing, volumes, and delivery schedules.

3. Quality Control & Compliance

· Implement and enforce quality control procedures across all production stages.

· Ensure finished goods meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

· Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

4. Cost & Resource Control

· Monitor production costs and ensure efficient use of materials, labor, and equipment.

· Minimize wastage, losses, and production inefficiencies.

· Prepare production cost and performance reports for management review.
